The location is perfect for Wake Forest and close walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms have been renovated and the pool and firepit areas are great. Everyone was super friendly when we checked-in and out. I would definitely stay again here in a heartbeat!
Very helpful, welcoming staff. Rooms were clean and functional. One recommendation would be to use warmer color light bulbs in the room. Whiter/colder color bulbs are great for things like helping to keep office or hospital staffs more awake and alert, but not so much for a bedroom setting, where you’re trying to wind-down/rest/sleep.
We got 10 rooms for the Town of Wake Forest/Wake Forest Power since the storm was going to start on Saturday night. We wanted to make sure Wake Forest Power was close by in case there was an outage. Jenna and the team from Clarion Pointe worked with us and for that we are so grateful that they were so accommodated with us. And that rate they gave was wonderful. All the linemen, tree trimming techs and meter department said everything was good!! Thank you again!!
Great rates, location, and a friendly staff. Manager did everything and anything to make it a pleasant stay. Variety of restaurants and service stations nearby. Stayed here twice in less than two weeks.
I had a very Clean room as well as a hot tub in the bathroom which worked I had no issues. Everything was clean. It was very spacious. The bed is soft and relaxing, and it was a good size room very appreciative. and even had its own private bathroom with a pocket door so somebody could use the bathroom while somebody else is in brushing their teeth. We’re having to take a shower. I am extremely happy with the room and the service that I have received Charles. He’s a good man and this is a great establishment for the price
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Charles (front desk) is fantastic! Cleaning ladies are super nice. If something isn't working they are on it quickly (less than 30 minutes from when the call is made to when the issue is fixed)
This is my second time at this hotel. My last visit a couple years back wasn’t great, but this time it had improved. The New paint scheme and decor really help. The only downside is how thin the walls are. You can hear people talking down the hall and anyone walking on the floor above you. All in all not a bad stay for one night.
I drive a Box Truck and had gotten stuck in Wake Forest due to the winter storm. No available truck stop with parking available so I got a room here. Everything was Great!!! The service at the front desk was awesome! The room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was great as well! I stayed there for three nights!!! It was an awesome experience. I saved it on my trucking app. I will be coming back whenever I'm in need of a good stay!
